Colheita (método): At the end of September. The harvest takes place only in the morning, from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, in order to preserve as much as possible, the freshness of each berry. The grapes are harvested in boxes of 20 kilos.

Vinificação: Gravity movements. 30% destemmed. Skin maceration for 3 weeks. Alcoholic fermentation begins thanks to indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally if the wine triggers it.
