An old-school kind of wine. On the nose, it shows a complex fusion of tangerine peel, pear, and dried fruits. In the mouth, we feel the rustic, imposing energy, a mixture of power and vivacity. The finish is long and assertive. Ideal to pair with savory, elaborate dishes.

On the nose it’s elegant, showing notes of spices and red and black fruit. In the mouth, it is juicy, fluid, with nice acidity. Great balance and very elegant.

Very aromatic on the nose, showing wild fruits and dried flowers. Dense and spicy in the mouth, with very delicate tannins. Conveying a lot of personality. It is advisable to decant.

Intense, reasonably spicy aromas, and notes of ripe pear. Tasty in the mouth, mineral, nuanced and at the same time delicate. Long, saline finish.

Complex and highly mineral. Elegant and intense in the mouth. A really vigorous character and structure, combined with a nice acidity, make this a multidimensional wine.

A surprising mix of ten Alsace grapes. Aromatic, complex, intense on the nose, with floral and white fruit tones. In the mouth it is unctuous, and slightly oxidative. Balanced and with a long, beautiful finish.

Perfect to serve with an appetizer. This combination of Riesling and Sylvaner truly shows Alsaces’s potential. A home run!

Red Alsace wine, 100% Pinot Noir. Fresh, with character, with slightly smoked tones. Excellent quality-price-ratio. Serve it a bit chilled.

Moderately aromatic and citric, with notes of white flowers and a touch of passion fruit. Easy and pleasant to drink.

100% made with Auxerrois, this Pét-Nat has delicate and fine bubbles. Perfect to serve (8 - 10°C.) late in the evening or as a starter of a meal.
