The palate is bright and lively, with fine weight, supple texture and deep flavors lifted by a lean minerality with saline shades. Nervy, mouthwatering (already subdued) acidity, which means that it has an enormous aging potential.

Vinificação: The grapes were pressed and fermented with their skins, stirred with a baton (bâtonnage) three times per day. After the fermentation, the skins and the “dirty” (dead) yeasts were removed. The maceration process lasted 45 days.
