This macerated Garganega shows nuances of yellow fruit enveloped by an unctuous minerality, a truly fascinating complexity. The finish is persistent.

100% macerated Alexandrie, an indigenous grape from the South of France, displaying a citric disposition nicely merged with notes of dried figs, fresh fruit, and also candied fruit. All in all, a multilayered wine!

An orange wine made of Chenin! The nose reveals hints of jam, mixed with Spring flowers. In the mouth stands out a balanced acidity. It was bottled with some of the lees to give it some unctuousness over time.
