The palate is bright and lively, with fine weight, supple texture and deep flavors lifted by a lean minerality with saline shades. Nervy, mouthwatering (already subdued) acidity, which means that it has an enormous aging potential.

Being aged in amphora makes this Garganega a simply irresistible wine. Very difficult to stop drinking.

Red grapes are vinified as white wine. Aged in amphora, it will definitely last many years in the bottle. Decant it, if you can’t resist opening it now.
