Colheita (método): Manual harvest, in boxes of 15 kg, between the 4th and the 5th of September 2015.

Vinificação: All work is done by gravity. Only indigenous yeasts were used. The grapes were desengaçadas and the "assemblage" of the grapes was made in a cement vat for 16 days.

Envelhecimento: Aged 1 year in foudre and 2 years in cement. Bottled in October 2018.
