Vinificação: Garganega from the cru of Monte di Mezzo. Grapes are pressed directly, and spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. Winemaking takes place in oak barrels of 30 hectoliters and without temperature control.
Envelhecimento: In large 15 hectoliter oak barrels for 12 months. One year of bottle aging.
