The palate is bright and lively, with fine weight, supple texture and deep flavors lifted by a lean minerality with saline shades. Nervy, mouthwatering (already subdued) acidity, which means that it has an enormous aging potential.

Showing an impressive mouthfeel at this moment. The balance comes from the integration of the fruit with the acidity, and so it’s a pleasure to drink this polished and almost aristocratic wine. Very long finish.

Lively and clean color. Complex and surprising mouthfeel, since it shows an uncompromising acidity, although compensated by a delicious unctuousness.  Long finish, with enormous gastronomic appetence.
