Vinificação: The grapes were de-stemmed into an open press softly draining the must and with a brief maceration. Fermented between 13⁰C and 22⁰C. With no addition of oenological products other than small quantities of dioxide sulfate for conservation purposes.
Envelhecimento: In a terracotta amphora where the fermentation occurs, and the wine will stay on its lees for 8 months until the bottling.
