A blend of several grapes, mainly from the Trentino area. This results in a different kind of red, showing the typicity of the land where it was farmed. Alluring, crispy, light. Serve at 14 – 16°C.
Castas: A mixture of ancient local varieties including Negrara, Pavana, Rossara, Turca, Teroldego and Marzemono, all from the same plot.

Solo: Dolomitic rock, clear and rich in calcium and magnesium, with dark soil derived from slow decomposition.

Vinificação: All grapes are spontaneously co-fermented, without temperature control. 10-day maceration with skin contact.
