Showing an impressive mouthfeel at this moment. The balance comes from the integration of the fruit with the acidity, and so it’s a pleasure to drink this polished and almost aristocratic wine. Very long finish.

Vinificação: The grapes are destemmed, pressed, and then fermented in stainless steel vats. A filter retains the skins in the middle of the vats in order for the juice to get a minimal contact with the skins, thus making an infusion with the grape skins.
Envelhecimento: 3 months in 500 L extra-fine grain oak barrels.
