Colheita: Manual harvest, in boxes of 15 kg, between the 5th and the 9th of September 2015.
Vinificação: All work is done by gravity. Only indigenous yeasts are used. The grapes were desengaçadas and the "assemblage" of the grapes was made in a cement vat for 15 days.
Envelhecimento: In cement for 3 years. Bottled in August 2018.
