With this kind of maceration, Trajadura acquires, in the mouth, nuances of white boiled fruit, and citric impressions on the nose. May be aged for a couple of years.

Vinificação: Foot treading and spontaneous fermentation in a granite “lagar”. No addition of oenological products apart from sulfur dioxide. All the handling of the must and the wine was done by hand.
Envelhecimento: 7 months of skin maceration in stainless steel and 5 months of thinning in used French oak barrels. Bottled in September 2020.
