This blend of four grapes brings about a fresh, attractive red. In the mouth it shows wild red fruit, with peppery notes. A red to start a meal or to drink alongside a summer meal.

Colheita: Grapes from old vineyards and young vineyards are harvested together. All grapes are harvested manually, in boxes, with a careful selection of the bunches.
Vinificação: The grapes are crushed and the skins softly broken. The fermentation has happened with its native yeast and with the skins, into stainless steel.
Envelhecimento: The wine has been ageing in contact with the skins until the end of the winter, and then, after removing the skins, it stayed in still until June.
