A surprising mix of ten Alsace grapes. Aromatic, complex, intense on the nose, with floral and white fruit tones. In the mouth it is unctuous, and slightly oxidative. Balanced and with a long, beautiful finish.

Solo: Granite, sandstone and marl-limestone from the villages of Kaysersberg, Ammerschwihr, Zellenberg, Rodern and Ribeauvillé.

Colheita: Harvest in mid-September. The harvest takes place only in the morning, from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, in order to preserve as much as possible, the freshness of each berry. The grapes are harvested in boxes of 20 kilos.

Vinificação: Gravity movements. Smooth and gradual pressing of the grapes, between 10 and 16 hours, for a light maceration. Alcoholic fermentation begins thanks to indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally if the wine triggers it.

Envelhecimento: 12 months in barrel and in contact with fine lees.
