The biodynamic approach to farming was not, however, the end of Paiva’s progression, since the addition of sulfur to wines – something that is really difficult to avoid – did not please him at all.
The nose shows impressions of flowers, white and citric fruit. In the mouth, it is refreshing, active, with a touch of lemon. It will certainly age well, enhancing, even more, its unctuousness. Perfect to serve with grilled fish.
On the nose, it exhibits aromas of stone fruit. In the mouth, displays a nice acidity, a bit acerb. Long and dry finish, with great gastronomic potential.
